A quiet meal week 6
Kikka is just such a wonderfully devoted Mother, and enjoys many quiet moments between play with her pups.

Week 6
This week it got cold again, so we have been needing to keep everybody busy indoors.
This can be quite a chore, but Kikka is such a wonderful Mother. She constantly plays with her kids for as long as they can stay awake, and is teaching them all the ropes she knows.
Even though she does rest away from them, she times her time with them, she is still happy to feed them, and brings them up by gently grabbing them by their noses, she is telling them, when they are too rough on her.

Please be adviced, that we might take a few days on responding to e-mails from friends and family.
We thank You for Your patience.
We do currently not respond to new puppy inquiries.

Houdinis
We have had a few nightly break-outs this week.
Calamity Jane figured how to get herself out of the night-time play pen gate. She had a good ol' time, for sure. When we humans woke up, she was sleeping (exhausted), but tracks of her interior decorating practicing skills were visible throughout the entire house.
Since Kikka no longer visits them at night, the gate was closed. Calamity Jane obviously found this out at around 3 AM, and boy did she have a lot to say about that!
The following morning, her Sister was out...now how Annie Oakley got herself out of a 3 foot straight up and down enclosed fence, will likely remain unknown, however, there really is only one way...climbing! These 2 ladies do not take any obstacle as other than a challenge, which they absolutely must conquer!

Eating more real food
The girls are eating more real food
And we can tell they are filling up more and more on the real meals, and milk is becoming more of a "snack thing"

Teeth are in
Keeping up new challenges is what keeps little puppy minds busy. Now that their teeth are in, it was time to introduce dry food.
How something seeming to be so boring, can be so exciting, is somewhat hard to comprehend, but for puppies getting to use their teeth for real, for the first time, it's no less than a hoot!

This week uncle Samson sent everybody presents...they were well received, and we're bringing the pictures of them being broken in immediately

It takes a lot of concentration to put them little teeth to work with the dry food

And trying to chew for the first time on real food, is very interesting, even though a lot of work

It is so rare that these 2 sit still, it's worth a picture.
